Rules of the pressyard

1. Who runs the place

These terms govern your use of russetbarrelpressyard.com ("Russet Barrel Pressyard", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of russetbarrelpressyard.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may come up the hill

Russet Barrel Pressyard is meant only for people aged 19 or over. By using it you confirm that you are 19 or over.

3. The orchard coins

• Every world turns on virtual coins handed over free of charge.
• The coins carry no monetary value and are neither money, nor credit, nor property.
• Coins cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn, passed on or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. There are no in-app purchases.
• Nothing of real-world value is offered as a prize.
• Coins, levels and features may be adjusted or set back to nothing at any time.

4. No money crosses the pressyard

Russet Barrel Pressyard neither runs nor advertises real-money gambling, and links out to no gambling operators.

5. The account under your orchard name

• The press shed and the cask cellar each sit behind a free account. One account to a person, and it is not to be shared.
• Keep your password to yourself, and write to us straight away if somebody else has been in your account.
• Your account can be deleted from your account page whenever you wish. Deletion happens at once and cannot be undone.
• An account used to disrupt the site, or one we take to belong to somebody under 19, may be suspended.
• Coins, levels and jobs sit with the account rather than belonging to you as property, and they may be set back to nothing.

6. Using the pressyard fairly

Do not try to disrupt the site, turn automated tools on it, offer to trade coins, or let anybody under 19 use it.

7. What we promise, and what we do not

The site is provided "as is", and any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights are untouched.

8. The law over the pressyard

These terms fall under the laws of the Province of Ontario together with the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
